The Concierge serves as your primary point of contact for all establishment requests. Even if a venue is on Apollo ID’s list, we encourage you to book through the Concierge to ensure the best possible experience.
Provide as much detail as possible when submitting your request. Include key information such as the number of guests, date, venue, budget, and any specific preferences to help us fulfill your request efficiently.
If a venue isn’t listed under Apollo ID, don’t hesitate to ask. While some establishments may not be officially listed, many still have strong relationships with Apollo, and we may be able to accommodate your request.
The Astro Concierge operates out of New York, so please keep time zones in mind when setting expectations for response times.
